Derek Jeter, a former professional baseball player for the New York Yankees.  In 1996, he established the Turn 2 Foundation.  The foundation focus efforts on developing activities and programs that keep children off alcohol and drugs and support a healthy lifestyle in western Michigan and New York City.  To date, the foundation has donated $1 million dollars per year in support of these programs.
