James Blake, professional tennis player, is the founder of the James Blake Foundation.

The James Blake Foundation invests vital seed money at the leading-edge of science: speeding the most promising work, and shortening the time it takes to turn lab discoveries into better treatments for patients.  Proceeds raised by the foundation support the Thomas Blake, Sr. Fund at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center (MSK). Since its inception, the Foundation has donated just under $1.2M towards cancer research at MSK.
